Return & Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: December 20, 2024.

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the AdOnAir mobile application (the “App”) operated by M Genio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a purchase through our App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for your purchase within 7 days of the transaction date, provided the following condition is met:

  • The advertisement purchased was not displayed due to a fault on our end.

Refunds will not be issued for any other reasons. Additionally, the amount will not be refunded for the remainder of the month, and refunds will be prorated or begin from the start of the month. Any amount paid using a promo code is non-refundable.


2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at contact@theadonair.com. Include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID)
  • A detailed description of the issue

Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.


3. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for purchases made through the App. All purchases are final once the service is delivered.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items or services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Advertisements successfully displayed.
  • Any services already rendered or completed.

5. Updates to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
